Born in Corsica, the CORSICA 704 bears the island's proudest emblem.

The Moor's head.A profile turned forward, the headband tied across the forehead. Since 1755 and Pascal Paoli, the headband no longer covers the eyes: the island looks the world in the face. It is the symbol of Corsican freedom, the one that flies on flags, pride, and memories.

The line.Here, the emblem is not a standardized logo: it is hand-drawn, in a single stroke, with its curls and living imperfections. It is this face that has become that of TAFANELLI.

The name.Over the heart, TAFANELLI in capital letters. Nothing else. The emblem on the back, the name over the heart: our most iconic piece, the one that says where we come from.

The material.A 280-gram cotton jersey, knitted on rare machines. The weight of archival t-shirts: it hangs straight without clinging, opaque without being stiff. It develops a patina with washing instead of wearing out.
The collar.Engineered not to stretch. A t-shirt always dies at the collar; ours is assembled and reinforced to maintain its original tension, wash after wash.
The interior.No tags. The size and origin are screen-printed directly onto the knit with flexible ink. Nothing scratches, nothing sticks out.
The print.Hand screen-printed, layer by layer, in our workshop in France.
The series.100 pieces per cycle. Once the series is sold out, it does not return in the same form.

A 280g cotton is made to last for years. A few simple steps are all it takes.
Machine wash at 30°C, inside out, to protect the screen print.
Air dry, flat or on a hanger. Never tumble dry.
Iron inside out, without touching the print.
The dense jersey develops a patina wash after wash.
This is a sign that it is living, not wearing out.
